Welcome to the TriWest Provider Directory
The TriWest Provider Directory is available to assist you in finding network hospitals, doctors and other health care providers in the TRICARE West Region. Providers listed in the provider directory have agreed to participate in the TRICARE program as a network provider and have been credentialed in accordance with TRICARE and URAC standards. TriWest makes every effort to ensure that the information presented is current; however, the information presented in the provider directory is subject to change. It is best to always contact the provider’s office directly to verify their current participation status and demographic information. The TriWest provider directory is designed to find providers quickly and easily. There are multiple searches available to find a provider. There is also the ability to provide optional information that will further refine your searches and bring you the best results.
The searches available are:
- Search by Location – find a provider by address, zip code or by city/state
- Search by Name – find a practitioner by their last name
- Search by Group Name – find a group of providers by the practice name
- Search by Facility – find hospitals, surgery centers and ancillary facilities
- Search by Specialty – find practitioners or facilities by their specialty
- Search by Island – find a provider on a specific Hawaiian Island
- Find a Military Clinic – provides a link to the Military Treatment Facilities in the West Region
For the best results when searching, follow these basic steps:
- Enter the details of your search such as address, city/state and/or zip code
- Narrow your search by entering optional information such as provider’s last name, Primary Care Manager indicator, or Accepting New Patients indicator
- Access additional important information about your provider – click on the provider’s name in your search results and you will be directed to the provider profile
- Print your results – in each search you have the ability to print your results in .pdf format using Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Suggest-a-change – you have the ability to submit requested changes to the information displayed in the provider profile
