Changing Your PCM
Request a new Primary Care Manager (PCM) in two easy steps:
- Locate a new PCM from the online Provider Directory.
- Request a new PCM online through the Beneficiary Web Enrollment (BWE) site. To access BWE, you need a valid Common Access Card (CAC), myPay PIN or Family Member Account.
