Once registered in ECHO, each beneficiary will be assigned an ECHO nurse who will help manage the care and answer questions about claims and using the benefit. Contact the ECHO nurse for:

• Information on ECHO benefits
• Processing requests for ECHO services
• Claims issues for the ECHO benefit
