This directory includes Educational Interventions for Autism Spectrum Disorders (EIA) Supervisors certified by TriWest Healthcare Alliance to offer services to beneficiaries eligible to receive care under the Enhanced Access to Autism Services Demonstration. This list reflects currently approved Supervisors as of
November 17, 2009 and will be updated periodically.

please call the number provided to confirm the address and the availability of new-patient appointments. TriWest cannot guarantee availability of supervisors or the tutors with whom the Autism Demonstration Corporate Services Provider contracts or employs.
