Email and Text
Get your QuickAlerts by email or text message! Log in to your TriWest.com account and go to "My QuickAlerts" to choose email, text or both.
Account Notifications
If you have a secure TriWest.com account, you can be notified with a QuickAlert when your TRICARE authorization or referral request, claim or fee/premium payment has been processed (or when a payment is due).
Straight to Your Phone or Inbox
Don't wait for your authorization or referral letter. Get your notification electronically so you can make your appointment for specialty care faster.
Need to know when a claim is processed? A QuickAlert will be sent to you within 24 hours and you can log in and view your statement.
Is there an enrollment fee or premium coming due? Don't risk disenrollment - the QuickAlert takes you to your account. Pay online or set up automatic recurring payments.
Safeguard Your Information
There's no account or health information in the QuickAlert. Personal account information is only available after logging into your secure TriWest.com account.
Go Paperless
After you sign up for your QuickAlerts, take the next step and
Go Green with paperless:
- Referral and authorization letters
- Claims statement
- Fee statements
Log into your account and click on the "Go Green" option to turn off your letters and cut the clutter.
Text QuickAlerts are currently only available for subscribers within the United States. Compatible carriers include: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Alltel, US Cellular, and Cellular One. Message rates may apply, depending on the beneficiary’s mobile service plan.
