Army Behavioral Health Case Managers
Last year, the Army Surgeon General directed all U.S. Army soldiers who receive their health care from a Military Treatment Facility (MTF) and are referred to a civilian behavioral health care professional must be assigned a behavioral health case manager to ensure continuity and timely access to quality care.
These case managers serve as a liaison between the Army Command and the behavioral health network provider. Should you receive a telephone call from an Army behavioral health case manager, your cooperation will be appreciated. We appreciate your support in this effort to ensure a smooth continuum of care between military and civilian health care.
