Our People

Whether or not you've served in our nation's armed forces, as a member of Team TriWest you can serve those who sacrifice it all for our freedom—America's military families.

Roughly half of our employees are former military members or family of a Service member. Half are everyday civilians, who previously had limited interaction, if any, with the U.S. armed forces.

Our Workforce

Among TriWest's ranks of employees are 200+ combat veterans from the Vietnam War, Operation Desert Storm, Operation Enduring Freedom and other military actions.

Our team carries a diversity of career expertise and experiences. Today^*, at TriWest, we fill the following roles:

56 percent of all staff work in customer service roles
  4 percent in Information Technology
  3 percent in finance
20 percent in nursing
  6 percent are in leadership roles
11 percent in other roles
44 percent have been promoted since joining TriWest^*
