TriWest Employee Practices Gratitude Throughout the Year

PHOENIX (November 22, 2023) – Between overloading on daily news updates and the personal stress that many face, it’s not uncommon to become engaged in negative thinking. To minimize impacts of negativity, many shift their focus to gratitude to deter negative thinking. Practicing healthy gratitude involves appreciating what we have, keeping in mind what is going well, and acknowledging less prominent experiences that improve the quality of living.

During the season of giving, small moments of practicing gratitude for less noticeable acts can prompt positive changes in outlook, health and well-being.
