TriWest’s Healthy Homefront Blog Recognized in 2023 National Health Information Awards Program

PHOENIX (July 31, 2023) — TriWest Healthcare Alliance (TriWest) was selected as a winner in the 30th annual National Health Information Awards. TriWest’s entry was named among the nation’s best consumer health information programs and materials announced following the 30th annual National Health Information Awards program held in spring 2023.

Entries were submitted by a wide variety of leading organizations in the consumer health field. This awards program, the most comprehensive competition of its kind, is organized by the Health Information Resource CenterSM, a national clearinghouse for consumer health information programs and materials. The judges, a panel of health information experts, selected gold, silver, bronze, and merit winners. Entries included brochures, audio/video, newspaper and magazine articles, books, and other media from hospitals, publishers, ad agencies, trade associations, and other organizations.

According to Patricia Henze, Executive Director of the Health Information Resource Center, the awards set an industry standard of quality for consumer health materials, and this “seal of quality” helps health professionals find the best consumer health information resources for their programs.

TriWest’s entry, “A Wellness Community for our Military Family,” received a Silver Award in the program, in the Logo Design Category. The design is part of TriWest’s Healthy Homefront^® health and wellness blog.
