TriWest Honored to Have Contact Center Recertified as a Center of Excellence

PHOENIX (August 16, 2024) — For the fourth consecutive year, TriWest Healthcare Alliance’s (TriWest) Contact Center has been recertified as a Center of Excellence by BenchmarkPortal. The recognition is based on the world’s largest database of best-practice metrics that BenchmarkPortal audits and validates.
