Aaron Bailey

Aaron Bailey joined TriWest Healthcare Alliance as Chief Network Officer in December 2025. As a strategically minded, growth-oriented health care services executive, he brings more than 15 years of leadership experience building, optimizing, and scaling high performing payer and provider partnerships. His work is anchored in a deep commitment to population health and helping improve health outcomes for those we serve.

Aaron’s experience spans national and regional health plans as well as two pre-IPO health technology startups, where he played a central role in building and scaling value-based care operations and accountable care organizations. Before entering the health care sector, Aaron was a strategy consultant advising organizations on complex operational and organizational challenges.

Aaron is an Army Veteran who served as a U.S. Army Infantry Officer with assignments at Fort Riley (1st Infantry Division) and Fort Myer (3rd Infantry Regiment), followed by a deployment to Afghanistan as an Operations Officer with the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force.

Aaron is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, earned an MBA from the University of Michigan, and completed the 2025 Global Health Care Leaders Program at Harvard Medical School.
