2024 Arizona's Most Admired Companies

TriWest is honored to be recognized as one of Arizona’s Most Admired Companies for the fourth consecutive year. This prestigious recognition is designed to recognize companies who contribute to and positively impact Arizona and is based on five pillars: Leadership Excellence, Workplace Culture, Corporate and Social Responsibility, Customer Opinion, and Innovation.

Spring 2024 Digital Health Award

The Digital Health Awards is organized by the Health Information Resource Center and is held twice a year to honor the world’s best digital health resources. TriWest was awarded Gold in the Web-based Digital Health: Microsite category for our Inspiring Stories page on TriWest.com. We were also awarded Silver in the Digital Health Media/Publications: Video category for a Healthy Homefront^® video of a TriWest network provider sharing the “why” behind serving Veterans.

Inspiring Workplaces for North America Awards 2024

TriWest was recognized by The Inspiring Workplaces Group in three categories in 2024 – Top 100 Inspiring Workplace in North America, Inspiring Culture and Purpose, and Inspiring Leadership. TriWest remains committed to putting people first through its culture and purpose, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion, employee voice, and employee experience. Fall 2023 Digital Health Award – Healthy Homefront^® Articles

The Digital Health Awards competition is held twice a year and honors the world’s best digital health resources. The competition is organized by the Health Information Resource Center (HIRC), a national clearinghouse for professionals who work in the consumer health fields. TriWest was recognized in the Digital Health Media/Publications category for two articles focused on Veteran care and wellbeing on Healthy Homefront^®.

2023 HIRE Vets Medallion Award from the U.S. Department of Labor

For the third consecutive year the U.S. Department of Labor recognized TriWest Healthcare Alliance with the distinguished HIRE Vets Medallion Award, honoring the company's ongoing commitment to recruiting, hiring and retaining Veterans. The HIRE Vets Medallion Award is the only federal employment award program recognizing employers who are committed to Veteran hiring, retention and professional development. TriWest earned the level of Gold for its exemplary hiring, employment, and retention goals, and for programs supporting Veterans and military families.

Forbes and Statista Inc. selected the America's Best Employers 2023 through an independent survey of approximately 45,000 American employees who rated their willingness to recommend their own employer or others in their industries to friends and family. 2022 Arizona Corporate Excellence – #1 Top Large Private Company, Phoenix Business Journal

Arizona Corporate Excellence (ACE) is the premiere business awards event in the Valley, and the only program highlighting the market's biggest and best privately held companies.
