TriWest’s Contact Center Receives Center of Excellence and Effectiveness Certifications

PHOENIX (August 5, 2026) – TriWest Healthcare Alliance (TriWest) is honored to announce its Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Community Care Network (CCN) contact center is recertified as a Center of Excellence for the sixth year in a row. In addition, under the company’s Department of Defense (DOD) TRICARE contract, TriWest’s TRICARE contact center is designated as a Center of Effectiveness for the first time in the company’s history.
