If you need to talk to someone, the Veterans Crisis Line is available 24/7 for Veterans, family, and friends. Call 800-273-8255 and Press 1 for help. It is a toll-free, confidential support line. The service also offers an online chat option.

The Veterans Crisis Line connects you with caring and qualified professionals within VA. Many are Veterans themselves. Reach out in one of the following ways:
