Free VA Virtual Class in March Offers Information on Airborne Hazards and Burn Pits

WASHINGTON (February 16, 2024) – Veterans who have served in areas where airborne hazards and toxins may have been present can now sign up for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) free, virtual class "Airborne Hazards and Burn Pits: What You Need to Know."

The class will take place Thursday, March 7, 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. ET and provides information on understanding exposures to burn pits and other airborne hazards. It will also cover clinical effects on Veterans and other airborne hazards and toxins topics.

Veterans can attend the virtual class through their personal computer, smart phone, or tablet.
