CCN Providers: Tell Us How We’re Doing
Thank you for your participation as a health care provider under the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Community Care Network (CCN).
Each quarter, we are required to offer VA’s survey for providers who submitted three or more claims within the previous quarter. The Provider Satisfaction Survey allows both TriWest and VA to understand areas where the network experience can be enhanced. Individual responses are confidential. You are only requested to provide your responses once per year.
