TriWest Veteran Employees Featured on “Military Makeover with Montel”

Phoenix, AZ (December 28, 2021) – For the past 26 years TriWest Healthcare Alliance (TriWest) has worked earnestly and diligently to ensure company culture reflects a deep respect for the sacrifices and contributions of U.S. Veterans to the nation.

However, it may not be as widely or publicly known that TriWest also works just as earnestly and diligently to hire Veterans and bring their unique skills, experiences and perspectives into the organization.

Recently, the Lifetime program “Military Makeover with Montel” featured TriWest as one of its highlighted organizations that support Veterans through employment and education opportunities. Host Montel Williams, a proud military advocate and Marine Corps and Navy Veteran, leads the program’s mission to respect and serve Veterans for their sacrifices.

The program travelled the nation to focus on Veterans’ stories and hear how their military experiences and training has shaped them, making them unique and hard-working employees — especially within an organization committed to serving Veterans.

TriWest employees and Veterans Shay Sidney and Adrian Carlos were featured in the program, sharing stories of their service experience and how TriWest provides an optimal fit for their unique qualifications, gained through military experience, in a workplace culture where they feel understood.

Donna Hoffmeier, TriWest Senior Vice President, Strategic Communications and Advocacy, a U.S. Navy Veteran, also appeared on the program emphasizing to viewers, “There’s nobody better to serve Veterans than other Veterans or family members of military members.”

In this informative “Operation Career” edition of the “Military Makeover with Montel” program, you can learn more why TriWest places emphasis on hiring Veterans and showcasing their contributions to both the organization and to the nation.
