Now that you have accepted a position with TriWest, please ensure you have completed the following steps:

• Completed and submitted the Background Check Application
• Completed specimen donation for your Drug Screen

The drug screen and online background check application mentioned above were sent to you upon acceptance of a position with TriWest.

If you have not completed these steps, please do so now. If you have already completed and returned these documents, please disregard.
