Setting Up Avaya and Aruba Devices

This course enables you to connect and log into your TriWest provided phone and Aruba device from outside of the network so that you will be able to join New Employee Orientation issue-free.

Important Application Downloads

In order to be ready to log into TriWest systems and activate your Microsoft Teams application, you will need to have the following applications downloaded to your personal device prior to New Employee Orientation.

IMPORTANT! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SET UP THESE APPLICATIONS YET

Only download the two apps listed below onto your personal device so you are ready to log in during New Employee Orientation. Further instructions will be provided at that time.

Note: If you are not able to, do not want to/cannot download to your personal device you will need to contact TriWest Support at (602)-564-2405 or (888)-905-9378 to assist with getting your authentication accounts created for the call back option.

Okta Verify – Used to authenticate you when accessing TriWest systems.

Microsoft Authenticator – Used to set-up and authenticate your Microsoft Teams account used to chat with internal employees
